What does hypnotherapy treat?
Hypnotherapy treats a wide range of conditions. It's probably best known for treating stress and anxiety and weight loss. Here at our Wolverhampton hypnotherapy practice Patrick is a licensed Hypno-Band practitioner. He uses the Hypno-Band weight loss system. This system takes you through a process that suggests to your subconscious mind that you've had a gastric band fitted.
Can hypnotherapy help me?
Yes it probably can. Many of our problems are to do with our mind. A hypnotherapist uses their skills in hypnosis and hypnotherapy to help the mind to find solutions.
How many treatments will I need?
This often depends on the condition being treated and how long you've had the condition. Minor problems are often solved with just one hypnotherapy session. where problems are more deep rooted it will usually need two three or even more sessions. Each session will build on the last session to improve your situation.
